The actor steps into entrepreneurship with an everyday-focused fine jewellery label.
Actor Tamannaah Bhatia has entered the fine jewellery retail space with the launch of her new brand, Tamannaah Fine Jewellery, marking her move into entrepreneurship as founder and creator.
The contemporary label is built around the philosophy “Beyond the Occasion”, positioning fine jewellery as part of daily life rather than something reserved for weddings or special events. The brand focuses on pieces designed for comfort, movement and personal expression, aligning with changing preferences among younger consumers.
Bhatia reportedly said she wanted to approach jewellery differently, adding that she envisioned pieces women could “actually live in”, rather than wear only occasionally. Jewellery, she noted in a statement quoted in a news report, should feel personal and natural, reflecting mood and identity.
The brand launches with three core collections — Half & Half, The Flick and Plumptious. These explore contrasts such as masculine and feminine forms, light and structure, and stillness and movement. The pieces are crafted in 14K and 18K gold, set with natural diamonds and gemstones, and designed for regular wear.
Tamannaah has partnered with her father, Santosh Bhatia, to manage design, production and retail operations, ensuring close involvement across the brand’s development. The label has also opened its flagship store in Juhu, Mumbai, which has been designed as a contemporary retail space rather than a traditional jewellery showroom.
The launch comes amid a broader shift in India’s luxury market, where fine jewellery is increasingly positioned as an extension of everyday style. Several film personalities have moved into entrepreneurship in recent years, including Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who runs ventures across fashion and education, and Kriti Sanon, who owns a clothing label. Tamannaah’s entry adds another high-profile name to this growing list.
The brand was unveiled through a series of photographs shared online, showing the actor wearing minimalist jewellery styled with casual outfits such as denim and black separates. The designs feature delicate chains and statement earrings with a modern, youthful aesthetic, reflecting the brand’s focus on everyday luxury.
On the professional front, Tamannaah continues to balance business with cinema. She is set to appear in the Tamil project Purushan and the upcoming O’Romeo, which also stars Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri.
With Tamannaah Fine Jewellery, the actor is expanding her presence beyond the screen, tapping into the growing intersection of celebrity influence, fashion and entrepreneurship in India.
